Surface Profile Measurement
Textex Press-O-Film Replica Tape
Rubbing the Textex Press-O-Film Replica tape on the clean blasted surface gives you a mirror image of the clean surface.

The replica is the inserted into the spring micrometer to measure the surface profile. You can choose replica tapes depending on the expected thickness grades: Either, Coarse Grade: profiles from 0.8 to 2.0 mils (20 to 51 µm) or XCoarse Grade: profiles from 1.5 to 4.5 mils (38 to 114 µm).
